Every SEREIN order is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during new collection launches, holidays, or periods of high demand.

Returns

We want you to love every order from SEREIN.

Due to the nature of home fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on used or opened candles and room sprays.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll work quickly to make it right by providing a replacement or appropriate resolution.
